VITARANA NAMED PRESIDENT OF UNITED ARAB AGENCIES
Dr. Anil Jay Vitarana has been named president of United Arab Agencies
Inc., the agency subsidiary of United Arab Shipping co. Inc.
Vitarana had been acting president and vice president of marketing and
sales during the implementation of the alliance agreement between United
Arab, DSR-Senator, Cho Yang and Hanjin.
He joined United Arab Shipping in 1986 in Kuwait, moving to the U.S. to
serve as marketing manager for the line’s North American operations in 1989.
He will remain stationed in United Arab Agencies Cranford, N.J.
headquarters.
