VOLGA-DNEPR APPOINTS VINCE JONES PROJECT MANAGER
Volga-Dnepr Airlines has appointed Vince Jones project manager in the United Kingdom.
Based at London's Stansted Airport, he will work closely with the Russian airline's commercial and cargo planning teams.
Jones spent the last 19 years working for HeavyLift Cargo Airlines. As project planning manager for the carrier, he worked closely with Volga-Dnepr for 10 years during its joint venture with HeavyLift. The two airlines ended the joint venture in January 2001.
With nine aircraft in operation, Volga-Dnepr is the world's largest operator of 120-ton-capacity Antonov 124-100 freighters.
