Volga-Dnepr names Wraight to head cargo airline    The Volga-Dnepr Group, which includes Volga-Dnepr, an air carrier specializing in heavyweight and outsized cargo, has appointed Stan Wraight as executive director of its new Boeing 747 cargo airline, which will begin scheduled flights late in 2003 between China, the Far East and Western Europe.
   Wraight was senior vice president for sales and marketing for Atlas Air.
