Danzas said that Wagner, CEO since 1996, has decided to leave to become chairman of Vontobel Holding AG, a Swiss private bank. He will leave Danzas on Dec. 31.
Renato Chiavi, head of the intercontinental business unit of Danzas, will succeed Wagner as CEO of the Danzas group, effective Dec. 1.
Deutsche Post will reduce the size of its management board. Peter Kruse will assume Wagner’s responsibilities on the Deutsche Post management board.
