Wallenius relocates DAS headquarters to New Jersey
Wallenius Wilhelmsen said it will relocate the headquarters of Distribution Auto and Service from Wilmington, Calif., to Woodcliff Lake, N.J.
Wallenius Wilhelmsen acquired DAS earlier in 2005. The transition of DAS to the parent company's region Americas headquarters in Woodcliff Lake will be completed by May 1.
Meantime, Wallenius Wilhelmsen has appointed Gary R. Long as president and chief operating officer of DAS. Long succeeds Bill Sisco.
Long was senior vice president of corporate planning and business development for DAS. He will report to Chris Connor, chief executive officer of DAS and president of Wallenius Wilhelmsen Americas.
