WALLENIUS WILHELMSEN NAMES RO/RO VESSEL    Wallenius Wilhelmsen has named its recently delivered third new Mark IV roll-on/roll-off ship the Tarago.
   The Tarago, which has a capacity of 5,310 cars, was built at Daewoo Heavy Industries Ltd. and will be deployed in Wallenius Wilhelmsen's round-the-world 120-day route via Europe, America, Australia and Asia.
   A fourth Mark IV ship will be delivered in the late February.
   Wallenius Wilhelmsen's fleet now comprises more than 60 vessels, including PCC/PCTC, conro and ro/ro vessels.
