WAN HAI JOINS TRADIANT’S CARGO EXCHANGE

   Taiwan’s Wan Hai Lines, the new entrant in the transpacific trade, said that it will use the Tradiant.com online marketplace for freight transportation services.

   Wan Hai will utilize the online exchange for its service contracting needs for its intra-Asia business and for its new transpacific service.

   Wan Hai is the largest intra-Asia carrier and has an annual volume of 1.7 million TEUs.

   Wan Hai said that Tradiant’s marketplace and its international capabilities will help the company to improve its overall performance.

   Wan Hai’s transpacific service started last week from Asia.
