Welch’s picks ClearOrbit for RF and labeling software

Welch’s picks ClearOrbit for RF and labeling software    ClearOrbit, a provider of real-time supply chain execution and reverse logistics services, on Monday said Welch’s, a leading producer of juices, jams and jellies, will immediately deploy its Gemini mobile software.
   Gemini allow Welch’s and third-party locations to use mobile radio frequency scanners to record transactions such as receiving, inventory movements, production batch operations, quality control and shipping directly on the shop floor, ClearOrbit said in a release. Welch’s will also implement ClearOrbit’s Compliance Label Manager, which will help Welch’s to manage bar code label format requests for pallet and case marking, driven by grocery and mass merchandiser customer requirements.
