Who subsidized the cheese?
The U.S. government has published its annual list of foreign government subsidies on cheese products subject to an in-quota duty rate during the period Oct. 1, 2002 to Sept. 30, 2003.
All the countries listed are located in Europe. The Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration said it will include additional programs that constitute subsidies to its list when necessary.
