Wilson Logistics renamed TNT Freight Management
TNT N.V., the Dutch postal, express document and logistics service provider, has renamed Wilson Logistics Group into TNT Freight Management, as part of a global rebranding policy that will see all TNT activities operate under the TNT brand.
TNT acquired Wilson Logistics from Nordic Capital at a cost of SEK 2.35 billion ($320 million) August, 2004.
The rebranded TNT Freight Management is a business unit of TNT Logistics and employs approximately 2,200 people in 28 countries.
