World Cargo Alliance partners with IES Ltd.    World Cargo Alliance (WCA), a U.S. network of independent air and ocean freight forwarders, and IES Ltd., a provider of software for handling imports and exports, have announced a partnership in which the alliance's newest group, World Cargo Alliance Technology Partners, will promote IES's software and services.
      'We have been using IES's AMS tool for the past year, and have heard rave reviews from our existing members who use IES's total suite of applications. We now have extended our relationship with IES by delivering the balance of their suite of forwarding and NVO products to our members,' said David Yokeum, founder and president of WCA.
