Worldwide Flight Services secures Singapore Cargo contract

Singapore Cargo has signed a three-year deal with WFS for cargo-handling services at London Heathrow and throughout the UK.    Worldwide Flight Services has secured a three-year contract to provide Singapore Airlines Cargo with cargo-handling services at airports throughout the UK.
   Starting Jan. 1, WFS expects to handle 46,000 tons of cargo each year. The airline operates two freighter routings each week to London Heathrow, and Singapore Airlines Cargo also uses bellyhold capacity on four daily passenger flights between London and Singapore.
   WFS is the largest cargo handler based on the grounds of London Heathrow.
