XPO Logistics, a Michigan-based third-party logistics services provider, has appointed John Hardig to chief financial officer, effective Feb. 13.
Hardig most recently served as a managing director in the transportation and logistics investment banking group at Stifel Nicolaus Weisel. He has advised transportation and logistics companies on more than 60 mergers and acquisitions.
