YRC subsidiary makes new appointments
USF Glen Moore, an operating unit of YRC Regional Transportation, which is a subsidiary of YRC Worldwide Inc., has appointed Phil Nelms as vice president of operations and Tim Dull as manager of recruiting and orientation.
Nelms is a 38-year veteran of the trucking industry, previously serving in several senior management roles. Dull has 20 years of experience with Roadway in Carlisle, Pa., primarily in operations management and most recently in human resources, recruiting and training.
