Yusan and Ceres VP-COO to leave for Maryland Port Authority

Yusan and Ceres VP-COO to leave for Maryland Port Authority Jim White, senior vice president and chief operating officer of Los Angeles-based Yusen Terminals and Weehawken, N.J.-based Ceres Terminals has announced he is leaving the company.
   Ceres management has not announced a replacement.
   White began with the Ceres organization since March 2005. He will be returning to his post as the executive director of the Maryland Port Administration.
   Ceres is a major stevedoring and terminal operating company with operations on the U.S. East and Gulf coasts, the Great Lakes, the St. Lawrence Seaway, and coastal Canada. Yusen Terminals operates marine terminals on the U.S. West Coast in Los Angeles and Oakland, Calif. Both companies operate as wholly owned subsidiaries in the Harbor Division of the NYK Group.
