Yusen Logistics expands operations in Pakistan

The third-party logistics provider established Yusen Logistics Pakistan (Private) Limited in Lahore, Pakistan and opened a branch in Karachi, Pakistan.    Yusen Logistics announced it established Yusen Logistics Pakistan (Private) Limited in Pakistan’s northeastern city of Lahore Sept. 1, and opened a branch in Karachi, Pakistan to meet the country’s rising demand for logistics services.
   The company offers air and ocean freight forwarding, domestic transportation and customs clearance.
   Yusen Logistics will now be able to expand its service offerings and manage its own operations in Pakistan, which until recently, the company relied on local agencies in the country to provide ocean freight forwarding services for textiles and consumer goods.
