New York Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo has unveiled the New York Truck Voucher Incentive Program, a $19 million project to encourage the purchase of energy-efficient Class 3 to Class 8 trucks operating within the state’s biggest city.
The London-based consultancy reported even though some cargo booked from Asia to Europe was rolled at the beginning of July “some ships still sailed light due to last-minute booking cancellations.”
