Executive moves: Hub Group, Overseas Cargo, Atlas Logistics and A.N. Deringer

Hub Group names chief information officer, while senior executives were appointed at Overseas Cargo, Atlas Logistics, and A.N. Deringer.    Hub Group has named Vava Dimond chief information officer after holding the position on an interim basis since September 2014. She will continue to be responsible for the overall strategy of information services across the organization. She joined Hub in June 2013 as the vice president of business engineering.

   Overseas Cargo Inc. has promoted Shani Atapattu to vice president after many years as the director of systems and pricing. Atapattu helped create the brands TruckOCI and Star Warehouse, to expand and diversify the company. Her father, Ron Atapattu, is president of the company.

   Atlas Logistics, a subsidiary of Atlas World Group, has appointed Matt Van der Linde as vice president of business development. Prior to joining the company, he was vice president of logistics at Florida East Coast Railway. 

   A.N. Deringer has named Jack Bender director of marketing and sales. Bender has nearly 20 years of experience in the international trade and logistics.
