Trailer manufacturers get a reprieve
A U.S. Court of Appeals has put on hold compliance with new emissions regulations for trailers. The rules were scheduled to go into effect in January.

A former acting administrator for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has joined autonomous vehicle startup TuSimple as chief legal and risk officer.
