The U.S. Postal Service has issued a set of four “Forever” stamps featuring illustrations from the 1962 children’s book The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats. The book was one of the first 20th century picture books centered on an African-American child. Art director Antonio Alcala designed the stamps. See the book at Amazon.com
