On Thursday night at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Kenworth Truck Co. (NASDAQ: PCAR) introduced its newest long-hood tractor, the W990. Standard with a Paccar MX-13 engine rated up to 510 hp. and 1,850 lbs.-ft. of torque, a 12-speed Paccar automated transmission and Paccar 40K tandem rear axles, the tractor will tour the country, stopping at Kenworth dealerships in the U.S. and Canada over the next month and one-half.
