The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from AFG Global Shipper, Irvington, N.J. (Ahmad Habibi, member); Avrio Logistics, Lyndhurst, N.J. (Carmelo Calabro, vice president of ocean carrier operations); Global Freight Genius Corp., Brooklyn, N.Y. (Wing “Simon” K. Leung, president); Infinity Global Xpress, Sumner, Iowa (Giacoma M. D’Ambrosio, member); and RG Log Corp., Miami (Orestes Romero, president).
The FMC also received an ocean freight forwarder license application from Morgan Port Services, Jonesboro, Ga. (Robert Morgan, member).
In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Fordpointer Shipping (L.A.), Diamond Bar, Calif. (Yvonne Kao, president); Kase Logistics North America, Doral, Fla. (Marcelo R. Pose, member); Nippon Concept America, The Woodlands, Texas (Duane R. (Adrian N. Uy, chief operating officer).
