FMC reviews 16 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 16 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) has received 16 ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) license applications and changes for review.
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from BST Worldwide, Uniondale, N.Y. (Richard Carbone, vice president); Penske Logistics, Reading, Pa. (Timothy J. Cotter, director of international freight management); and Penske Transportation Management, Reading Pa. (Timothy J. Cotter, director of international freight management).
   The agency also received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Express Cargo Logistics, Miami (Elizabeth Monserrate, member/manager); Global Star Logistics Solutions, Vienna, Va. (Hoyoon Chong, vice president); Lansar Freight Shipping Corp., Bronx, N.Y. (Tania Dominguez, secretary); and OC-Lines USA, Great Neck, N.Y. (Isaac Yohanan, president).
   In addition, the FMC received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from All Transportation, Tucker, Ga. (Susan A. Seda, chief executive officer); Green Shipping, Carson, Calif. (Byung H. Chung, president); Jade International, Folcroft, Pa. (Scott A. Hoffman, president); MI Logix, New York (Kay Lee, secretary); and Sunset Transportation, St. Louis (Lindsey Graves, vice president); for name change to Cavalier Air and Ocean Freight from EM Agent-Export, Miami (Maria A. Rangel Iniguez, manager); for addition of trade name ALARA Logistics from EnLog Strategic Services, Houston (Tracy S. Ball, vice president); for the deletion of trade name Olympic Freight from Pathfinder Logistics International, Santa Rosa, Calif. (Lucy Viall, vice president); and for a business structure change from Transfair North America International Freight Services, Seattle (Angela E. Santillan, executive director of operations).
