FMC reviews 21 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 21 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.

   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier applications from Airline Cargo Services, Inwood, N.Y. (Mark Appleton, chief executive officer); and One Piece Int’l Corp., Baldwin Park, Calif. (Chunman Sing, chief operating officer).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from 12 to 12, Tamarac, Fla. (Paul A. Mullings, manager); EPC Logistics, Moon Township, Pa. (Danelle M. Tanner, director of operations); Global Services Suppliers Corp., Miami, Fla. (Nuvia Diaz, director); H&F Logistics, Indianapolis, Ind. (Timothy M. Harris II, director of logistics); International Transportation Systems, City of Industry, Calif. (Hang Zhao, chief executive officer); Pavilion Logistics, Chino Hills, Calif. (Zyn Rhen “Ray” Yeoh, director); Shevon P. Abrams, Newark, N.J. (Shevon P. Abrams, sole proprietor); United Freight Systems, Miami, Fla. (Helen M. Pinto, president); and Worldwide Cargo Logistics Americas, Miami, Fla. (Karen Saa, member).
   The FMC also received an ocean freight forwarder licence application from P.T. Moving, Alamogordo, N.M. (Sonja Wiesmeier, secretary).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from A.C. Wilson Co., Portland, Ore. (Mary E. Orlando, member); All Freight International, Seattle, Wash. (Dustin King, vice president); Clover Internacional, Houston, Texas (Holly A. Rincon, member); Oddessa Imports Corp., Doral, Fla. (Angel R. Casanova Lezama, president); and Panalpina FMS, Sterling, Va. (Thomas J. Ruane, vice president); for a name change to Barsan Global Logistics from Barsan International, Fair Lawn, N.J. (Ugur Aksu, president); and for transfers from BA Capital Venture Firm, Miami, Fla. (Alba Diaz, secretary) to Phantom Logistics Transportation and Distribution; G&W International Forwarders, Buffalo, N.Y. (Michael A. Diati, vice president) to Royal Customs Brokers; and Larimar Envios & Cargo Express, Davie, Fla. (Jose Garcia, president) to Larimar Cargo Express.
