FMC reviews 22 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 22 license applications and changes for review. 
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from ACM Enterprises Group, Carson, Calif. (Edgar Karoyan, president); Bayanihan Cargo International, South San Francisco, Calif. (Manuel A. Espinosa, president); COM TEC, Woodland, Calif. (Nasrullah Chaudhry, member); PLS Air & Shipping, Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. (Jinyoung Bae, president); and Sun US Transport Corp., Los Angeles (Pete Pang, president).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Daudry Business Group, Miami (Darcy Perez, president); Express Line International Corp., South San Francisco, Calif. (Paul Kong, president); FSG Logistics (USA), Des Moines, Wash. (Mark L. Pederson, president); Global Synergy Logistics, Roslyn Heights, N.Y. (Yuk L. Cheung, president); Hyundai Logistics (USA), La Mirada, Calif. (Jae S. Kim, vice president); Jenny Freight Forwarding, Phoenix (Shu-Hsia J. Fogle, member); and Taiwan Express (USA), Inglewood, Calif. (Sean H. Wu, secretary). 
   The FMC received an ocean freight forwarder license application from Solivan Racing Logistics, Carolina, Puerto Rico (Andres E. Solivan, president).
   In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Prime Van Lines, Paterson, N.J. (Mike Diana, secretary); Spectrum Trucking Co., Jacksonville, Fla. (Ronald M. Doyle, vice president); and Trinity Logistics USA, Valley Stream, N.Y. (Gary L. Pippin, vice president); for license transfers from Aqua Gulf Transport, Deerfield Beach, Fla. (Robert J. Browne, chairman); and United Cargo Services, Ashburn, Va. (Sadek Toufeily, president); for a trade name change from DTS Advance, North Ridgeville, Ohio (Donald B. Hackney, vice president); and for name changes from Amerifreight (N.A.), Walnut, Calif. (Lionel Bao, president); Ocean Trade Lines, Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (Roy Ezra, president); and Triple “B” Forwarders, Carson, Calif. (Richard Beliveau, president).
