FMC reviews 22 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 22 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.

   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Admiral Logistics, Ponte Vedra, Fla. (Yacoub M. Zreineh, president); Dynasty International Forwarding, Elk Grove Village, Ill. (Alex Klaesges, vice president); Ferron’s W.I. Shipping Co., Bloomfield, Conn. (Walter L. Benjamin, managing director); HNF Logistics, Englewood Cliffs, N.J. (Kyung “David” B. Ahn, secretary); and Manfret USA, Norfolk, Va. (JoAnne Latham, president).
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from B&O Express, Baldwin Park, Calif. (Billy Lai, chief executive officer); Caribbean Logistics, Virginia Gardens, Fla. (Lilieth A. Morales, manager); Consolidation Services, Oak Brook, Ill. (William Huang, president); Dennys Cargo Express, Miami, Fla. (Katya D. Campos, president); INS Logistics Corp., Inwood, N.Y. (Ilan Hazan, vice president); Navy Cargo Express USA, Miami, Fla. (Myriam A. Insignares, chief executive officer); Nicaragua Cargo Express, Miami, Fla. (Josefa D. Campos, president); Sierra Cargo, Houston, Texas (Moataz Kesba, manager); Sureline Logistics, Walnut, Calif. (Chihjen Lin, president); Tree Logistics, Miami, Fla. (Farid E. Escobar, manager); VM Cargo International, Huntington Beach, Calif. (So V. Lee, member); and Worldwide Shipping, Lisle Ill. (Dawei “David” Liu, president).
   The FMC also received an ocean freight forwarder license application from Artesano Cargo, Adjuntas, Puerto Rico (Eduardo Gonzalez, president).
   In addition, the agency received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Arpin International Group, West Warwick, R.I. (Peter Arpin, vice president); Fox Global Logistics Corp., Carson, Calif. (Kenny Lee, president); H&B Forwarding, West Warwick, R.I. (Peter Arpin, vice president); and Platinum Cargo Logistics, Wheat Ridge, Colo. Annelori Roder, vice president of customs brokerage and international services).
