FMC reviews 36 OTI license applications

The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 36 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review.

   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Blue Point Line, Houston, Texas (Gustavo Kolmel, manager); Exact Services, Germantown, Md. (Elias N. Branco, member); Guatecargo Network, Miami, Fla. (Miguel E. Garcia, president); Ibpacks, Fort Lauderdale, Fla. (Brenda H. Roe, treasurer); La Isabela, Embarque Corp., Paterson, N.J. (Robert Guerra, president); Priva Logistics, Hicksville, N.Y. (Priyanka Dutta, president); and WLT Logistics, Harbor City, Calif. (Nanette L. Victoriano, president). 
   The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from A1 Worldwide Logistics, Miami Lakes, Fla. (Robert J. Simmons, president); Able Moving and Storage, Manassas, Va. (James B. Singleton, vice president); Anderson CHB & Transportation Solutions, Addison, Ill. (Debra L. Anderson, manager); Bertling Logistics Services, Humble, Texas (John Hark, president); Centro Spedizioni Internazionali Logistics USA, Houston, Texas (Nikki Maki, assistant vice president); Move It Logistics, Orlando, Fla.    The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from 7 Seas Supply Chain Management Corp., Long Island City, N.Y. (Hector Grajales, president); AMC Freight Forwarder Corp., Elk Grove Village, Ill. (Buyanbat Aetangerel, president); Complete Carriers, Albany, Ga.    In addition, the agency received applications for changes to a qualifying individual from ACL America, Gardena, Calif. (Chang K. Kim, chief financial officer); Anchor Express, Bensenville, Ill.
