FMC reviews nine OTI license applications

Individuals knowing of a reason why an applicant should not receive a license change should contact the Office of Transportation Intermediaries.    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received nine ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) license application changes for review.
The FMC received license applications for changes to qualifying individuals from ACL America, Compton, Calif. (Jae W. Choi, chief financial officer); Eusu Logistics, Carson, Calif. (Uncha Cindy Jun, secretary); Intermodal Exports Ltd., Valley Stream, N.Y. (Allaix Augustin, president); TMT USA, Houston (Jorge R. Vilaro, vice president of import and export); Transmark Logistics, Kent, Wash. (Leroy F. Berven, vice president); and Universal Shipping, Jurupa Valley, Calif. (Danie M. Frank, CEO).
The agency also received license applications for name changes to Dynamo Weltweit Logistik Corp. from Maritime Logistics Group, Doral, Fla. (Jorge Victoriano, president) and Tidal Wave Cargo Logistics from TCL Special Projects, Marlboro, N.J. (Scott C. Lenza, member) and to add trade name World Jaguar Logistics USA from Penguin Global Logistics USA, Carson, Calif. (Cooper Chao, president).
Persons knowing of any reason why an applicant should not receive an OTI license or amendment are urged to contact the FMC’s Office of Transportation Intermediaries in Washington, D.C. Lists of licensed OTIs (applications approved, bonds in place and fully licensed) — both ocean freight forwarders and NVOs — also are available on the FMC website.
