TFI International announced it has acquired food-grade tank hauler Entreposage Marco.

Quebec, Canada-based Entreposage Marco transports edible products like oils, liquid yeast, sweeteners and fruit juices. It has a fleet of 15 power units, according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Financial terms of the transaction were not provided.

The deal pales in comparison to other recent transactions for the Montreal-based transportation and logistics provider.

TFI (NYSE: TFII) closed on the $1.1 billion acquisition of flatbed carrier Daseke in April. Daseke operates nearly 5,000 tractors and 10,000 trailers and generated $1.6 billion in revenue in 2023. That transaction has TFI contemplating a spinoff of its specialized truckload assets into a separately traded public company.

TFI also acquired less-than-truckload carrier Hercules Forwarding in March. Hercules had 31 terminals in the U.S. and Canada at the time, generating more than $100 million in annual revenue.
