Convoy and FreightWaves surveyed nearly 200 U.S. shippers across various industries, ranging from $150 million or less in revenue to shippers with more than $1 billion in revenue.
Survey highlights include:
- More than 67% of respondents believe sustainability is important or very important to their core business
- More than 84% of respondents said their department was incentivized to reduce carbon emissions
- More than 69% of respondents said there is a dollar value on a per-mile basis associated with reducing empty miles in their supply chain
