UPS REBRANDS MAIL BOXES ETC.    United Parcel Service, an Atlanta-based provider of package delivery and supply chain solution services, said more than 3,000 Mail Boxes Etc. U.S. locations would begin rebranding as The UPS Store.
   The rebranding will be completed by September, UPS said in a statement.
   The owners of 90 percent of 3,300 MBE centers in the U.S. have elected to rebrand as The UPS Store, which will become the leading retail channel for UPS.
