Executive Moves: AA Cargo and WPL

American Airlines names new president of cargo and vice president of global sales, while Wen-Parker Logistics hires U.K. sales manager.    American Airlines Cargo has promoted Rick Elieson to position of president of cargo and Roger Samways to vice president of global sales.
   Elieson joined the airline in 1994, and most recently, he served as vice president of global partner marketing. He will report directly to Senior Vice President of International and Cargo Jim Butler, who recently succeeded the retiring Art Torno in the role.
   A 19-year AA Cargo veteran, Samways most recently served as managing director of global sales and key accounts.

   Third-party provider Wen-Parker Logistics has hired Mark Green as U.K. sales manager, effective March 1, 2017. Green has 28 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
