I still haven’t herd a single person say anything about Convoys intentional last minute “cash grab” I’m just one owner operator who was on the free two day pay, Convoy stiffed me and thousands of other owner operator’s on unknowingly our last loads, we did runs from Dallas to Houston 260 miles east way, the one’s of us doing it could do 2 loads before the 2 day pay is deposited in our bank account, they knew exactly what they did by knowing they were closing AND STILL LET US PULL LOADS when they should have warned owner operator’s DO NOT BOOK AND PULL LOADS IN THE NEXT 48 HRS, but Insted
us owner operator’s who paid $600×2=$1200 for fuel in cash the last two days not only did convoy stiffed us and kept our money from the loads we took the loss of cash spent on fuel, Convoys CEO knew this week’s prior, I’ve seen this before with broker’s who just closed with no warning and go for the cash grab by strategically say nothing and keep owner operator’s money for our last loads, thousands of us were robbed, the receivering customer got their cargo, Convoy got paid from the shipper SO WHY CAN’T CONVOY GIVE US WHAT WE WERE AGREED TO BY CONTRACT, I needing my money and you call ,email or message Convoy about it and it put you on hold, i been sitting 9 day’s in Dallas-Fort and let Convoy phone ring 20 hours and no one picked up, so can you ask that Convoy CEO why would you let owner operator’s pull the last couple loads fully knowing he was going to keep it and ignore us, we need our money and fast
