The following firms have applied to operate as non-vessel-operating common carriers: Cargo Care, Inc., Lombard, Ill.; Deltamax Freight System Corp., Inglewood, Calif.; and S&T Shipping, Deltona, Fla.
The following firms applied for licenses to operate as NVOs and ocean
freight forwarders: Venture Transport, Inc., Houston; Maraly International Corp., Miami; Magellan Maritime Ltd., Englewood, N.J.; and Pum Yank Logistics, Inc. Ridgefield, N.J.
The following firm applied to operate as an ocean freight forwarder: Advanced Cargo, Savannah, Ga.
Separately, the FMC reissued two OTI licenses to Hefco International Inc. of Houston and Amad Shipping of Miami.
