FMC CONSIDERS 14 OTI APPLICATIONS, REVOKES TWO LICENSES    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission is considering 14 ocean transportation intermediary license applications.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Global Ocean Agency Lines of Sedona, Ariz., Timothy J. Cummings, managing director; Amerasia Line, Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., Shally Liang, president/chief executive officer; K&S Freight Systems, Miramar, Fla., Nelson Solano, president; Express Freight International, Miami, Roberto Lopez, president; Laufer Air, New York, Mark Laufer, president; and Omni Logistics, Houston, Mark Andrew McDowell, treasurer.
   The FMC received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from GII International, New York, Juanita Geronimo, president; Meyer’s Van Lines, Bronx, N.Y., Yorah Eshel, vice president; Bates, Brooklyn, N.Y., Donna Bates, president; and Asian Link Logistics, Kernersville, N.C., David W. Reich Jr., member manager.
   The agency received ocean freight forwarder license applications from New England Household Moving & Storage, Holliston, Mass., Jeanine Patricia Kelly-Coburn, president; ABS-CBN International, Burlingame, Calif., Enrico Gatchalian, manager; Global USA, New York, Mei Li, vice president; and Odyssey International, Danbury, Conn., Robert H. Shellman, CEO.

   The FMC has also revoked the licenses of two OTIs for failure to maintain valid bonds: Air 7 Seas Transport Logistics in Milpitas, Calif.; and Jolaco Maritime Services of Houston.
