Innovation Alley demos focus on AI chatbots, fleet mobility solutions

Bridgestone Mobility Solutions/Azuga and Ezlogz using technology to move freight efficiently

CLEVELAND — With supply chains and freight-related companies facing more challenges than ever before, two companies showcased their solutions at Innovation Alley during FreightWaves’ Future of Supply Chain event in Cleveland.

Innovation Alley provided a platform for companies to present and record seven-minute demos filmed by FreightWaves TV and demonstrate their products and services in front of a live audience full of freight professionals from around the globe.

Bridgestone Mobility Solutions/Azuga Inc.

Bridgestone Mobility Solutions connects products, data, technology and service in order to simplify fleet care and commercial tire management. 

The aim is to create results while contributing to a more efficient future for mobility, according to the company’s website.

Bridgestone offers fleet solutions through Azuga, the company’s enterprise fleet management software, to manage any sized business’ last-mile delivery. 

“We are good for drivers and great for business,” Darren Pardue, an Azuga representative, said during the company’s Innovation Alley demonstration Thursday. 

“We are committed to making the world better. We use the E8 commitment that is driven by Bridgestone to drive our mission for Azuga, which is the telematics brand of Bridgestone Mobility Solutions. We use that E8 commitment to drive a mission, to drive visibility and ownership across products, utilization, safety in one centralized platform tailored to service products of every stakeholder.”

Ezlogz ELD and EzChatAI

Ezlogz, an all-in-one electronic logging device and asset-tracking solution, recently announced a partnership with EzChatAI.

EzChatAI, which was founded by Sergey “Cj” Karman this year, provides truck drivers with an intelligent co-pilot, optimizing operations aimed at raising safety standards. Karman is also Ezlogz’s chief technology officer.

Ezlogz, based in Vancouver, Washington, has more than 40,000 users and has signed over 3,000 agreements with freight carriers.

“EzChatAI is a creative AI technology designed to enhance safety, reduce costs and improve driver experience,” Karman said. “It is one of the first self-learning machines for the logistics industry.”
