California Clean Trucks rule

President Trump is expected to sign bills nullifying requirements that would have required the trucking industry to convert much of its fleet to zero-emission by 2035.

The waiver the EPA granted to California to allow its Clean Trucks rule to proceed has states lined up in court on either side of the issue.
