Terminal 6

The Port of Portland has re-opened Terminal 6 under private management in a move to give new life to the troubled facility.

A new plan calls for public-private investment in the Port of Portland’s money-losing Terminal 6, the state’s only international container facility.

A federal jury has awarded $93.6 million to ICTSI Oregon, the former operator of the Port of Portland’s Terminal 6, after finding dockworkers engaged in illegal work practices such as work slowdowns and stoppages.
