TCA to offer workshop series on leadership communication strategies for worker retention

Three-part workshop series to focus on effective leadership communication strategies to motivate and retain your essential workers

Unable to travel for work? Eager to attend a virtual event that is interactive and provides a real return on investment?

TCA is proud to offer a new workshop series: Impactful Communication Strategies to Attract, Lead, and Retain Your Workforce.

Beginning Friday, June 4, join TCA and three dynamic professionals — WJW Consulting’s Founder W. Jordan Wagner, Director of Operations and Strategic Growth Clint Martin, as well as DriverReach’s Founder & CEO Jeremy Reymer — for the first 90-minute virtual workshop — Leadership Communication: Every Word Matters.

During the workshop, the facilitators will share how imperative leadership communication is regardless of your position. Participants will leave the workshop with improved interpersonal communication, nonverbal awareness, and enhanced overall awareness of how intentional communication impacts business relationships.

Registration includes access to all three live workshops as well as recordings. TCA members are $99; TCA non-members are $199.

Mark your calendars to attend the additional workshops in the series:

  •  Recruiting and Retention: Communicating Value and Need — 1 p.m. ET Friday, June 11; and

  • Driver Coaching is People Coaching: Invest in Your Investment — 1 p.m. ET Friday, June 18.

TCA’s Truckload Live Distance Learning series is designed to let you engage in live learning experiences without leaving your desk or committing your entire day to a program. Through a digital platform, experts share their knowledge and insights as they facilitate live online conversations in convenient, 90-minute sessions.
