OOCL christens ship for China/Australia service
Orient Overseas Container Line said it christened Thursday the second 4,583-TEU vessel built by China's Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding (Group) Co. Ltd. for its Australia/China.
The 'OOCL Australia' is the second 4,500-TEU the company has ordered from the yard. It will be deployed in a port rotation of: Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Chiwan, Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and back to Kaohsiung for a 35-day round trip
